NewMDSX Refund Policy
We offer a limited 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased through NewMDSX. Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you must contact NewMDSX before the end of the 30th calendar day following the effective shipping date.

Downloaded software can only be refunded should a "Letter of Destruction" be fully completed, signed and returned to NewMDSX within the 30-day period which starts the day you placed your order. "Letter of Destruction" can be obtained by contacting NewMDSX.
